Question 1

What is a reverse purchasing agent?

Accepted Answer

It is a service workflow that helps an international buyer purchase from a domestic marketplace, receive the item at a warehouse, inspect it and arrange overseas delivery.

Question 2

Does this site sell products directly?

Accepted Answer

No. SugargooVIP is an independent discovery and planning hub. Product cards lead to corresponding listings on the external catalogue.

Question 3

Why should I check Sugargoo QC photos?

Accepted Answer

QC photos help you compare the received item with the listing before international shipping, when corrections or returns may still be easier to manage.

Question 4

What should I inspect first in QC photos?

Accepted Answer

Start with the selected color and size, then check overall shape, visible defects, measurements, logos, seams and listed accessories.

Question 5

How do I estimate Sugargoo shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Use packed weight and volumetric size together, then compare only shipping lines eligible for the item type and destination.

Question 6

Should I combine every item into one parcel?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Separating restricted, fragile or bulky goods can reduce risk or produce a better shipping-line match.

Question 7

What happens when a product link stops working?

Accepted Answer

Marketplace listings can be removed or replaced. Return to the relevant category and select a current alternative rather than relying on an archived title.

Question 8

Can the warehouse change a product?

Accepted Answer

A warehouse generally documents what the seller sent; it does not manufacture or improve the item. Use QC evidence to decide whether to keep, return or exchange it.

Question 9

How should beginners choose products?

Accepted Answer

Start with a small mixed parcel, compare measurements carefully and avoid selecting many unfamiliar sellers before understanding the warehouse and shipping workflow.

Question 10

Is SugargooVIP affiliated with Sugargoo?

Accepted Answer

No. SugargooVIP is an independent informational project and is not an official Sugargoo website or partner.
